Game Lore In a near future, robots have replaced humans in various tasks but, like any machinery, they malfunction. Robots deemed faulty for not following initial instructions were sent to a large dump outside a major city. Over time, these exiled robots formed communities, repairing each other and building shelters. As robot numbers grew, they clashed with city inhabitants, who eventually left, leaving the city to be ruled by robot gangs.
This dynamic, chaotic world features robots endlessly fighting for amusement or trivial perks, like beer barrels. With dulled senses of pain, they take reckless risks, enjoying the chaos more than the outcome. These lively, emotional robots were exiled for being too expressive and now thrive in their noisy, vibrant community.

We are building a PLATFORM WITH ADVANCED SELF-PLAY AI AGENTS,enabling users to create and deploy AI-driven game bots. Our platform leverages self-play training, behavioral cloning, and reinforcement learning to develop highly adaptive AI agents.
We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to help us design and implement this system. You will be responsible for developing scalable, intelligent AI agents that can learn from player interactions and self-play to evolve their strategies.
What you need to do:
Develop and optimize self-play reinforcement learning models for game AI.
Implement behavioral cloning to train AI from human player data.
Design and train deep reinforcement learning (RL) agents for competitive gaming.
Optimize training pipelines to scale across distributed cloud environments.
Develop tools for AI monitoring, evaluation, and adaptation.
What are we looking for:
Strong background in machine learning (ML) and reinforcement learning (RL).
Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
Experience with reinforcement learning libraries (Ray RLlib, Stable-Baselines3, OpenAI Gym).
Experience with computer vision solutions.
Proficiency in Python and C++ (or another performance-oriented language).
Strong knowledge of self-play and multi-agent learning techniques.
Experience working with game environments (e.g., Unity ML-Agents, OpenAI Gym, Mujoco).
Familiarity with cloud-based AI training (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, or Ray).
Ability to optimize AI models for real-time decision-making in complex game environments.
Nice to have:
Background in game AI development (pathfinding, decision trees, Monte Carlo methods).
Experience with graph neural networks (GNNs) for game strategy learning.
Strong mathematical background in probability, optimization, and game theory.
