Associate Marketing Art Director

Strikerz Inc. is a videogame-creating collective and an international gaming brand launched in 2016 by a handful of people involved with online football. Currently, there are 300+ of us spread over 5 regional offices in various locations across Europe or working from home (yes, we love it too). Strikerz Inc. is the force behind the UFL, the ongoing online football videogame revolution. Being fans, we aim at offering our players an unprecedented gaming experience available on all major platforms.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Supervise the Art Team responsible for creating and refining existing game assets in marketing materials;

• Decomposе and review briefs, select references;

• Providе feedback to team members;

• Grow the Team’s potential, help artists master their skills;

• Сreatе guides and other documentation for the department, oversee the existing production pipelines;

• Search for and select tools (software) for successful task completion;

• Collaboratе with other Department Heads.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• At least 3-5 years of professional experience leading teams and creating assets for AAA projects;

• Deep knowledge in creating 2D and 3D assets, demonstrated by a strong portfolio;

• Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine 4/5;

• Experience in producing art assets for marketing.

Advantageous:

• Understanding of the basics of advertising production;

• Passion for football.
