AI Gameplay Engineer

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our AI Development Team.

The team is working on a complex behaviour management system that controls literally every character’s movement on the field. Designed to assist the user in the gaming process, AI is an integral part of UFL’s gameplay, and its development requires a deep dive into tactics, game rules and football standards.

In this role you will develop, implement and support AI-features from scratch, plan and discuss specifications, and establish good working relations with Game Design, QA and fellow development teams.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• More than 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer;

• An analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills;

• A team-player mindset and positive attitude;

• Strong C++ knowledge;

• Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine 4/5;

• Proficiency with game mathematics;

• Experience in multiplayer development;

• Knowledge of Football rules and domain is desirable;

• Experience with AI-driven gameplay advantageous;

• Passion for game development.
