Our client is a mobile game studio founded by senior experts with proven experience in building successful games and strong expertise in marketing and monetization. The team is focused on developing commercially successful puzzle, word, and sorting games for a wide audience.

We are looking for a Creative Producer (Senior/Lead) with experience in performance creatives for non-narrative games.
You’ll take ownership of building and scaling the creative production system for mobile marketing — from collaborating with external partners to forming and leading an in-house creative team.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Build and manage a creative team (motion designers, marketing artists).

  • Organize collaboration with agencies and external production teams to cover current needs while forming an internal creative team in parallel.

  • Gradually transition to an in-house production model with a sustainable creative pipeline.

  • Set up and oversee creative production processes — planning, prioritization, quality control, and iteration speed.

  • Generate and test new ideas based on trends, benchmarks, and product analysis.

  • Curate motion and visual quality, defining and maintaining creative standards.

  • Collaborate with UA and analytics teams to optimize performance based on data.

  • Monitor creative and advertising trends across mobile markets.

  • Manage relationships with external partners and freelancers.

  • A scalable and predictable creative production system.

  • A steady flow of effective video creatives that improve UA metrics (CTR, CVR, CPI).

  • A strong internal team capable of fast iteration and high-quality output.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Must-have:

  • Proven experience as a Creative Producer / Creative Lead / Senior Motion Designer in a mobile gaming studio.

  • Experience in performance creatives for non-narrative games (puzzle, casual, brain, word, etc.).

  • Deep understanding of motion design principles — rhythm, composition, dynamics, and visual storytelling without narrative.

  • Experience managing a creative or motion team and building production workflows.

  • Solid understanding of creative and UA metrics, ability to analyze A/B test results.

  • Systematic, result-oriented, and detail-driven approach.

  • Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, Figma, and similar tools.

  • Understanding and practical use of the primary AI tools applicable to this scope.

Nice-to-have:

  • Background in art direction or creative direction for video production.

  • Background in Motion Design.

  • Familiarity with ad platforms (Meta, Unity, Applovin, Google Ads).

  • Experience working with external production partners.
