Quality Assurance Specialist

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

As new projects keep flowing in, we are once again looking for experienced/senior QA Testers for our studio in Cluj-Napoca, who will be either dedicated to a single title or working on all of our games.

Please note that due to the nature of the work, the job requires to come to the office sometimes to exchange equipment based on project needs, so the candidates should be in the Cluj Metropolitan area or be able to commute (when needed) and therefore the work schedule is hybrid.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely and directly together with our internal Production teams and different functions within QA

• Test versions and report bugs – from prototypes to release candidates, considering the development status as well as internal and external guidelines

• Set up test plans and testing infrastructures in general

• Execute Submission and Compliance tests

• Help evaluating games, do milestone reviews, assist with focus group tests and more

• Provide feedback to balancing and usability

• Have an overview of tickets in JIRA and ensure the quality of bug reporting

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Provеn еxperiеncе of working 3-5 years аs a QA testеr is a must, preferably in the gaming industry

• Excellent knowledge of bug-tracking software, preferably JIRA

• Knowledge in using CRM, Ads and analytics tools

• Expеrtise in mobile gаmes, prefеrably in thе frеe-to-play genre

• Expеriеnce in еvaluating projects and giving spot on feedback

• Proficiency in working independently and in a well-structured way

• Excellent attention to details, analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude

• Run regression testing to ensure the behavior of the product still performs correctly

• Reporting test results to managers and/or other colleagues in a clear and concise manner

• Analyzes defects and looks at ways to improve the common areas of mistakes

• Knowledge of TRCs of Apple, Google and Microsoft is a big plus

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
